> Alpha Kappa Psi (AKΨ) Phi Upsilon is the University of Tampa's chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi, the first professional business fraternity in the United States. The chapter is co-ed, open to students of every major, and focused on professional development, networking, service, and brotherhood.

## How recruitment works

- Recruitment ("rush") happens at the start of the semester. Fall 2026 recruitment ran September 15–23, 2026.
- It includes professional events (info session, speed networking, a Shark Tank–style pitch) and social events.
- To qualify for an interview, candidates must attend at least 3 recruitment events, and at least one must be a professional event.
- Interested students register at https://www.utampaakpsi.com/register_for_recruitment and join the chapter GroupMe for announcements.
